Department of Biotechnology (DBT) is a unit within the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, which facilitates research in biological sciences and biotechnology within India. Amongst its many responsibilities, the DBT identifies and supports various Centres of Excellence for research & development in biology.


Nobel Media AB develops and manages programs, productions and media rights of the Nobel Prize within the areas of digital and broadcast media, publishing, as well as events. The company spreads knowledge about the Nobel Prize awarded achievements and stimulates interest in science, literature and peace in line with Alfred Nobel’s vision and legacy.


Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP) is a member of the Bangalore Life Sciences Cluster(BLiSC) with a mandate to enable cutting-edge life science research and innovation. C-CAMP is a platform for technology - industry interaction as well as an incubator unit. 

C-CAMP is co-ordinating this initiative, in collaboration with IndiaBioscience and Gubbi Labs. 


IndiaBioscience is a not-for-profit organization, which acts as a catalyst for driving changes in the culture and practice of life sciences by engaging with the academia, government and industry at various levels.

 


Gubbi Labs is a private research collective with strong foundations in research and underpinnings of a social enterprise. The Labs works on a host of domains ranging from sustainable ecosystems to livable settlements. The Labs is powered by a collective with interdisciplinary expertise and focus on research, development, practice and communicating science.
